Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can also track your order from your account dashboard.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees. Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance in your country.
Signature Requirement
Orders over $200 may require an adult signature upon delivery. You may waive this requirement, but Chemyo is not liable for stolen packages after delivery.
PO Boxes & APO/FPO
We ship to PO boxes via USPS only. APO/FPO addresses are accepted via USPS with delivery times of 2-4 weeks.
Payment Methods
Cryptocurrency Payment
Pay with Bitcoin, Ethereum, or other major cryptocurrencies and receive an automatic 5% discount on your entire order.
Payment Timer
Crypto payments must be completed within the timer shown at checkout. If the timer expires, the invoice becomes void and you must start a new order.
Exchange Rate Lock
The cryptocurrency amount required is locked at the current exchange rate when you create your order. Fluctuations after order creation do not affect your payment amount.
Refunds for Crypto Payments
Refunds for cryptocurrency payments will be issued in USD equivalent at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of refund.

Payment Declined?
If your credit card is declined, try using a different card or choose cryptocurrency payment. International transactions may be blocked by your bank – contact them to authorize the purchase.
